Faith Lutheran Church – Sunday Worship Livestream

This Sunday we gather around a powerful theme: thirst — not just for water, but for hope, grace, and something deeper that truly satisfies.

In Exodus, the Israelites are weary and thirsty in the wilderness, questioning whether God is still with them. In Romans, Paul reminds us that through Christ we have peace with God — a peace that holds even in suffering. And in the Gospel of John, we meet a Samaritan woman at the well who comes looking for water but leaves having encountered the Living Water.

Jesus meets her in the middle of an ordinary day, offering grace and truth. The water he gives becomes “a spring of water gushing up to eternal life.” Her story reminds us that no one is beyond God’s reach, and no conversation is too small for transformation.

We all carry thirsts — for belonging, forgiveness, clarity, and purpose. Join us as we reflect on trusting the One who sees us fully and offers living water that never runs dry.
