WORSHIP & MUSIC TEAM
The Worship & Music Team provides leadership and vision for the worship life of Faith Lutheran Church. Working alongside the Pastor, musicians, staff, and volunteers, the committee helps plan seasonal worship, supports our music ministries, recruits and encourages volunteers, and ensures worship remains welcoming, meaningful, and rooted in God's Word.
The committee meets regularly throughout the year to discuss upcoming worship seasons, special services, music, and volunteer needs. Members bring a variety of gifts and perspectives, and no musical background is required—simply a heart for worship and a desire to help strengthen the congregation's worship life.

SERVICE VOLUNTEERS
Our worship services are made possible by the many volunteers who serve behind the scenes and on Sunday mornings. Whether welcoming guests with a smile, reading Scripture, assisting with Holy Communion, serving as an usher, operating sound or live-stream technology, or helping in other ways, every volunteer plays an important role in creating a meaningful worship experience.
No previous experience is necessary—we provide guidance and support, and you can serve as often as your schedule allows. Whether you're new to Faith Lutheran or have been here for years, serving is a wonderful way to meet others, use your gifts, and help create a welcoming environment where everyone feels at home.

ALTAR & COMMUNION PREPARATIONS
The Altar & Communion Ministry prepares the worship space for each service, helping create an atmosphere that points our hearts toward God. Volunteers prepare the communion elements, care for the altar, arrange seasonal paraments and candles, and ensure everything is ready before worship begins. After the service, they assist with clean-up and preparing for the next gathering.
This ministry is a meaningful way to serve quietly behind the scenes while supporting one of the most sacred parts of our worship. Training is provided, and volunteers typically serve on a rotating schedule.

FAITH CHOIR
The Faith Choir enriches our worship through music that inspires, encourages, and proclaims God's love. Open to high school students and adults of all musical backgrounds, the choir leads worship throughout the year, offering a variety of traditional and contemporary choral music.
You don't need to be a professional singer or have prior choir experience—just a willingness to sing and praise God through music. Rehearsals provide a fun, welcoming environment where friendships grow alongside faith, and new members are always encouraged to join.

FAITH FIRE PRAISE BAND
The Faith Fire Praise Band leads contemporary worship through music that invites people of all ages to connect with God in a fresh and meaningful way. Featuring vocalists and instrumentalists, the band leads worship with modern Christian songs while encouraging the congregation to actively participate in praise.
Musicians and vocalists with experience playing contemporary worship music are always welcome to explore serving with the band. Rehearsals are held regularly to prepare for worship, and members work together to create an engaging and Christ-centered worship experience.
